Refund & Return Policy — Dronepreneur Academy 

At Dronepreneur Academy, operated by SplashingpawsLLC, we offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be in the same condition you received it

  • Unused / unworn

  • In the original packaging

  • With all tags

  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives.
Contact us immediately if:

  • Your item is damaged

  • You received the wrong item

  • The product is defective

This allows us to evaluate the issue and make it right quickly.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Some items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care items

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also do not accept returns on:

Exchanges

To receive an exchange:

  1. Return the original item

  2. After the return is approved, place a new order for the replacement item

(This ensures faster processing.)


European Union — 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

For customers in the European Union:
You may cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason, with no justification required.

Returned items must meet standard return requirements:

  • Same condition received

  • Unused

  • With tags

  • Original packaging

  • Proof of purchase


Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding approval.

If your refund is approved:

  • A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days

  • Your bank/credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund
